Who Should Register?

Students

Students from Grade 12 onwards can register to attend. Once they register, they’ll receive a confirmation over email, WhatsApp & SMS with their unique link to login on the platform. A meeting ID and password is not required to connect with the University or College representative directly over video chat.

When students visit the platform, they share their registration information only with participating institutions. We do not share student information with any other third parties.

Parents

Parents should register with their son/daughter’s information.

School Counselors/education Consultant/agency

Please share this opportunity with your existing class mate, consultant, students and students who have high School or Undergraduate leve and Graduate students and encourage them to register. Please write to us at info@educationfair.com to receive a personalised login for your students.

Student FAQs

A virtual student fair is an online event in which students from around the world can meet with universities to obtain information through real-time workshops and live chatting with real representatives from different colleges and universities. Students have the freedom to explore different booths, as if they were attending an in-person college fair.

No, you do not need to download any software to attend this event. Once you register, all you need is the link to the fair and internet access.

Once registered, you will receive a link to the virtual fair. It will take place from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (WAT). You will be able to attend workshops, chat with college and university representatives at their respective booths, and obtain information on student permits and visas.

The fair takes place from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (WAT). You can log in and out any time within that time frame, and stay for as long or as briefly as you would like.

The event is FREE but you need to provide your name and email address to register for the virtual fair.

The day of the fair, other students, university representatives, embassy representatives will be present to answer any questions you may have about studying ABROAD.

Technical and general support are available by clicking the Welcome booth, which will have representatives ready to answer any questions you might have regarding the fair.

Yes. The website will remain open after the fair for the entire year. You can download the material (application forms, brochures and video) directly from the fair any time. However, you just will not be able to chat with a representative outside the allotted time.
